Services Offered

National Account Management

Our company will be responsible for managing national accounts on behalf of your brands. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and growth.

Field Sales

You have a dedicated team of field sales representatives who engage directly with customers to promote and sell our brand partners’ products.

Merchandising

Our company offers merchandising services to ensure that your products are effectively displayed and promoted. This is via a third party partner to enable us to flex when required.

Data and Analytics 

Depending on specific brand requirements we have a dedicated data and category management team 

Stock Management

We handle stock management for your brand end to end via our S&OP process, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and products are readily available to meet customer demand.  Our team integrates with our brand partners operations teams to provide rolling forecast to facilitate product manufacture. 

Brand Management

We handle all aspects of brand management for our brand partners. This includes developing market specific strategies to enhance brand visibility, positioning and market presence.  The cost of these activations is borne by the brand owners. 

Buy and Sell Model

We operate on a buy and sell model, purchasing products and then selling them to our NZ customer base. Trade promotion strategy is agreed and funded by the brand owner.
