Quattrocolli Pecorino

Hard Italian Cheese made from sheep’s milk.

Pecorino Romano is a saltier and firmer cheese, excellent for grating. It also works well as an ingredient because it doesn’t melt into strings when cooked. It is always a good addition to cheese platters or with fruit- particularly pears. A chunk with a piece of crusty bread and a glass of red wine is also a fine snack.
